Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and user-focused Junior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key role in crafting exceptional user experiences across our mobile and web platforms. You will be responsible for user research, designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with our brand identity and business goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about user experience, has a keen eye for aesthetics, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web.
• Support the development and maintenance of the Blys Design Language to ensure consistency across products.
• Conduct user research and usability testing with guidance from senior designers.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, teammates, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other teams to bring ideas to life.
• Stay up-to-date with design tools, trends, and best practices.
• Contribute to team discussions, openly sharing ideas and feedback.
