Senior Global Product Manager Supply AH

The Position

Embrace the chance to drive change as the Leader of Cross-Functional Global Supply Product Teams at Boehringer Ingelheim. In this role, you'll not only represent Global Supply Animal Health (AH) in international Core Teams, but also perform comprehensive product/project management and governance within AH Global Supply, all while enjoying the security of an unlimited contract.

Tasks & Responsibilities

In your new role you will ensure a long-term stable, cost efficient, and compliant global supply by performing comprehensive product management.

Furthermore, you will establish launch capability and readiness for assigned products, considering product quality, time, and costs.

You will lead international cross-functional teams and be accountable for multi-project management for assigned products.

In addition, you will represent project and product related topics within and outside Global Supply AH.

Finally, you will prepare and implement strategic management decisions in Global Supply AH.

Requirements

Master's degree or diploma in Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, Biology, other natural sciences, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Economics

Several years of professional experience in different functions within the bio-/ pharmaceutical or FMCG company

Proven leadership experience including sound expertise in leading cross-functional matrix teams and ability to lead employees from widely different backgrounds

Project management skills, cross functional knowledge, strong communication skills and convincing power

Sound understanding of all aspects related to CMC, product manufacturing and supply paired with financial savviness

Embracing diversity with an intercultural mindset, combined with strategic thinking that is pragmatic, problem-solving oriented, and maintains a positive outlook

Fluency in English
