The Air Dominance Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Engineering Core team is seeking a proven Associate Product Data Specialist for the Data Management and Release Team in Berkeley, MO.

You'll be responsible for supporting Flight Simulation Labs by providing consultative expertise and support related to compliance with existing data standards throughout the data life cycle. In this role you will provide support to engineering teams by validating principles, processes, frameworks, metrics, and oversight required to effectively manage data from creation to disposition, in accordance with the Boeing Policies and Procedures and the Statement of Work. This position requires a motivated individual to remain technically competent and trained in the tools and processes required to ensure First Time Quality Delivery and Acceptance of data.

Additionally, you can expect to support the creation, implementation and oversight of the program's information and data management goals, standards, practices and processes aligned with the goals of the greater Air Dominance organization. We will look for you to provide expert advice and support in relation to all aspects of Information and Data/Engineering Release Management including Data Ownership, Data Protection, Data Privacy, Information Usage, Classification and Retention.

Simply put, this role is all about ensuring the constant upkeep of the Lab system file repositories and the accurate labeling and naming of said files within the Flight Simulation Labs responsibility. This person will ensure accuracy in holdings for ease of reference and individual labeling for regulatory compliance.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assists with activities to identify and document product requirements relevant to certification, configuration, data and data management and engineering processes.
• Assists with plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configuration control.
• Supports the monitoring of adherence to regulatory, data configuration and contractual requirements; assists with audits and reviews to ensure products meet requirements.
• Supports certification plans, integrated process architecture infrastructures, process models, product structure definitions and/or data requirements/data management processes.
• Provides configuration management, coordinates change, performs assessments of compliance and manages the implementation of product standards across company business units and programs.
• Organize, manage and retain all business records – in all media formats, for the assigned organization.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Berkeley, MO.

Travel may be required up to 10% of the time

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment.

• An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start may be required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• Bachelor degree and 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ year with managing, arranging and providing custody of technical data/documentation
• 1+ year of experience with Product Data or Systems Engineering

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

• 2+ years of experience in Document revision control
• 1+ years working with Compliance requirements such as FAR, DFARS, Export Control, and data marking requirements
• 1+ years of experience with document and procedural compliance
• Active Secret Clearance
• Proven ability to embrace change, lead continuous improvement, and treat safety and quality as top priorities
• Experience working in a cross-functional team
• Experience working with senior and executive leadership
