Product Acceptance Specialist

The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Experienced Product Acceptance Specialist to join our Boeing Helena Quality team located in Helena, Montana.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Verifies product conformance to design requirements.
  • Provides objective evidence of results.
  • Validates work instructions, tooling requirements, certifications, process standards, policies and procedures.
  • Identifies and documents discrepancies and segregates and controls non-conforming items.
  • Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance.
  • Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification.
  • Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.
  • Operates CMM (coordinate measurement machine) and metrology (laser operations).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with Quality Assurance or Technical Inspection
  • 3+ years of experience in conducting Compliance, Foreign Object Debris (FOD), Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), Tool Control and/or Audit assessments
  • Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

  • Proficient in all forms of NCR and EPD generation (NCR/RGEN/PU/SAT/SRR/PU and RGEN Revision, etc.)
  • Must maintain all necessary certifications to perform the job

Shift: This positions is for 2nd shift.

Summary pay range: $52,700 - $56,000

Sign-On Bonus: External candidates are eligible for a sign-on bonus of $2,500
