Product Marketing Specialist

The Product Marketing Specialist (Experienced, Senior or Lead) is responsible for supporting the creation and distribution of promotional campaigns for key products and services to communicate the product's value to the market. Their duties include facilitating sales team training, creating marketing materials that communicate product features, and developing the marketing tools and campaigns to attract new prospects and customers. This individual contributor role can be in Plano, TX, Miami, FL, or Seattle, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customer target audience, competitive landscape, and other market intelligence to support marketing plans for portfolio of products and services
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on projects with product management, business development, sales, creative services, digital marketing, and ecommerce stakeholders
  • Facilitate product and service training for global sales team
  • Research, develop and manage a wide range of marketing collateral to support business priorities
  • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes
  • Develop and maintain marketing content including product enrichment, informative articles, brand and category webpages to build awareness and increase customer conversion
  • Coordinate customer & supplier communications as needed in support of new offerings, process changes, & other relevant updates
  • Support marketing requirements for industry events, including occasional attendance as needed
  • Support project management of marketing activities

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3 years of related work experience
  • Proven project management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with senior leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's Degree: Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Related Field of Studies
  • Master's Degree: Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Related Field of Studies
  • 5 years of related work experience (Level 3)
  • 7 years of related work experience (Level 4)
  • PMP Certification and/or Agile experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with senior leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong negotiation skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range:

Level 2: $67,150.00-$97,750.00

Level 3: $92,650.00-$134,550.00

Level 4: $116,450.00-$169,050.00

Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
