Product Owner – End User Software (Microsoft Office)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Office Suite Product Owner to lead a dynamic team that is responsible for the software packaging, management, deployment, and support of enterprise applications. This position will play a crucial role in supporting product delivery to the end user, enterprise application compliance and sustainment, and ensuring efficient operations through seamless collaboration with IT development and business stakeholders.
As a Product Owner, you will work alongside Product Managers within Workplace Solutions to ensure timely and quality products that are available for employee consumption.
Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft applications across the organization.
- Lead application-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage software packaging, testing, and deployment processes for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with IT teams, developers, vendors, and business users to ensure effective application integration and support.
- Develop and refine procedures to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Ensure applications adhere to cybersecurity best practices and industry regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to users, assisting with troubleshooting and training initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Expertise in Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, and SCCM.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Sound understanding of IT products and services.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, ensuring alignment and successful project execution.
- Adaptability to the cyclical nature of the work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with application packaging tools, MS Office Suite and other Microsoft products.
- Expertise in Omnissa Workspace One Intelligent Hub.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Work Authorization: This requisition is for a locally hired position in Poland. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in Poland.
