The Boeing Company Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an innovative Product Security Engineering (PSE) Manager to support cybersecurity engineering on aircraft programs in Seattle and Tukwila, WA.
In this leadership role, you will manage a team responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining product security and resiliency throughout the full product lifecycle—from requirements and design through testing, production, and support. You will set operational goals, develop and execute project plans, manage resources, and lead process improvements to ensure the security and integrity of Boeing's aerospace products. Position Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for a diverse engineering team and ensuring that our engineers and analysts are ready and able to deliver secure and resilient products and services to our customers. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance post-start is required.
Must obtain a Security+, a CISSP certification or equivalent Cyber Security certification within 6 months of employment in this role. Ability to obtain Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements.
