At Jeppesen's office in central Gothenburg you will work in a one-of-a-kind software development organization with fascinating solutions that make a real difference to people around the world. Most importantly, you will be expected to make a difference.
We are looking for a talented Software Developer to join our team in Gothenburg. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing key software for our two vital identity and access management components.
Currently, the work involves porting the application to the AWS cloud. We are also working on migrating the services into a Kubernetes environment. Most of the daily tasks involve development on the team's components (Go & Java), supporting CI/CD pipelines, development scripts, and Helm charts. You will also have contact with other component teams that integrate with our system, as well as teams assisting new customers with onboarding.
We value high product quality, where our build environment, tests and CI/CD in combination with a DevSecOps mindset are critical to our successful shift from on-premises solutions to SaaS offerings in a cloud environment.
You will work together with a dedicated team of software developers where teamwork, helpfulness, and shared knowledge form the foundation of our work culture.
We strive to have strong and empowered teams that take full responsibility, enjoy autonomy, and are committed to high performance, continuous improvement, and innovation.
We believe you bring a strong analytical approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills both within and outside your team, and a genuine interest in technology and human relations. Experience with agile methodologies is highly valued. You are driven, committed, positive, and comfortable with continuous learning, growth, and having fun along the way.
This role offers excellent opportunities to influence, learn, and grow both as a software developer and as an individual. We also provide numerous training and educational opportunities, allowing you to deepen your understanding of our products from both a technical and customer perspective.
