Working closely with the Global Director of Growth Marketing, you'll own the infrastructure behind our referral and affiliate programs. You won't just be managing a tech stack; you'll be the heartbeat of the Booksy Collective, directly nurturing our core group of providers to bridge the gap between creative content and real-world conversion.
You'll be excited by the prospect of architecting viral loops and partnering with social teams to ensure organic advocacy has a frictionless path to a trial start.
