About the role:

As the Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will increase engagement and optimize the user experiences for Borrowell's members. As a key member of the Revenue and Marketing teams, you will lead marketing efforts for the sales funnel through email, push notifications & in-app notifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop & manage email & in-app marketing campaigns to improve member onboarding, long-term engagement, and upsell/cross-sell to financial products. This includes end-to-end ownership in copywriting, email template development, journey mapping, deployment & reporting.
  • Champion A/B testing and multivariate testing efforts to uncover insights and optimize top-of-funnel performance
  • Work with Product, Account Management, Data, Engineering & Design teams to promote new product/feature launches and develop dedicated user segments & journeys for said segments.
  • Build and track dashboards to identify performance trends & measure KPIs. Review insights and recommendations with the Lifecycle Team weekly & share external and senior stakeholders on a quarterly basis.
