Position Description

We are looking for a student to provide support to the global Bosch Car Service workshop chain for 8-15 hours per week. You will be an essential part of the Nordic team, your skills will be fully utilized and developed, and there will be trust in you to bring value to our products and services. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable marketing, business development, and project management experience alongside your studies.

Your daily tasks will include coordinating, developing, and supporting campaigns, social media, communication, etc. across 7 countries; Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. You will also be responsible for communication with the Bosch Car Service network on our internal platform in these countries. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on:

• Idea generation and development of materials for different target groups
• Translations and handling of these
• Execution on Facebook
• Project-based tasks and coordination
• Updating and maintaining website content and coordinating web design with the agency
• Handling and preparation of certificates
• Coordination of internal and external meetings and support of, as well as participation in, events and arrangements
• Monitoring and further development of KPI Dashboard
• Purchase Order generation
• Ad Hoc support for the team

Qualifications

• You are currently studying at a minimum of bachelor level in the 2nd or 3rd semester in Business/Marketing (or equivalent)
• You have excellent communication skills and you pay attention to details
• You can work independently and structured, ensuring compliance with deadlines
• You are curious and proactive
• You are proficient in English both in speaking and writing, as this is our corporate language
• You are familiar with Microsoft Office and preferably have experience with Brandwatch.
• You can work around 15 hours weekly. We will, of course, take into account exam periods
