We are seeking a Design Executive with a strong creative vision and expertise in branding, visual storytelling, and digital design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating impactful designs for marketing campaigns, digital assets, print media, and motion graphics. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring brand consistency and delivering innovative design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop high-quality designs for branding, marketing, social media, websites, and print materials.
• Design compelling graphics, info-graphics, brochures, banners, and presentations.
• Work on motion graphics and video-based content for enhanced storytelling.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print platforms.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align designs with brand messaging.
Develop visual identities and branding elements for new products and campaigns.
Work closely with clients, creative leads, and content teams to understand project requirements.
Provide creative direction, mood boards, and design concepts.
Review and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback and user insights.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Strong typography, layout, and branding skills.
Knowledge of motion graphics and basic video editing is a bonus.
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Educational qualification: Bachelors in Design / Fine Arts / Animation.
Experience: 3 – 5 yrs.
Mandatory/requires Skills: Visual Design, Communication Design, Branding.
