Job Description

As an assistant in the Marketing Department in Mechelen, you will be in charge of:

• Social media planning Bosch & Buderus
• Follow up shared mailboxes Bosch & Buderus
• Ad hoc graphic work (Indesign & Photoshop)
• Ad hoc website adaptations (in First Spirit)
• Support in sending mailings via Optimizely for Bosch & Buderus
• Updating Partner Portal Shop

You will also give support in graphic work and proofread and translate texts in/to French.

Qualifications

• You are currently a student in Marketing, Business, Communication or a similar field and you are interested in content creation.
• You have preferably gained some practical experience and you are confident in working with MS Office. Knowledge of Photoshop and/or Indesign is an asset.
• You have excellent writing skills and you are able to work in a team. Furthermore you are creative, very well-organized and flexible and you can work independently and efficiently on a tight deadline.
• As a website Content Management System, we work with First Spirit, and as a mailing system we use Optimizely from EpiServer. Knowledge of these systems is a plus, but can be gained during the internship as well.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory. Dutch is an asset.

Additional Information

If you are a student enrolled in a University/College (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside a university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of € 1056,00/month.

- If you want to apply for a voluntary internship, you must be a citizen of the EU or have a work permit in Belgium.

- In case that you need to do a mandatory internship, your University/College must be located in a member state of the EU.
