Sr. Partner Marketing Specialist
Boston Dynamics is continuing to mature our global partner ecosystem, and we are looking to add a Sr. Partner Marketing Specialist to help us inform and engage with our partners, to drive impact within our go-to-market team.
The Sr. Partner Marketing Specialist will work collaboratively with Boston Dynamics marketing leadership to "market to" and "market with" our partner ecosystem. They will ensure partners are aware of and leverage the tools they need to expand their own marketing and sales of Boston Dynamics' products, increasing the awareness of and influencing new pipeline for our robots and software solutions.
The Sr. Partner Marketing Specialist will serve as the initial point of contact for inbound partner marketing inquiries, and will collaborate with partners, Boston Dynamics Sales, and Revenue Operations to provide "market-with" guidance and operational execution of these inbound requests.
The Sr. Partner Marketing Specialist will also work closely with Boston Dynamics Marketing to assist with "market-to" outbound initiatives such as management of partner portal content, curating content for and distributing partner-specific communications, and encouraging partners to generate their own brand-compliant marketing assets.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial external point of contact for inbound partner marketing inquiries from our global partner ecosystem and respond with marketing and operational support.
- Serve as the initial internal point of contact for partner marketing questions within Boston Dynamics. Work closely with the Sales and Business Ops teams to support their efforts.
- Own the partner communications plan and system, including, but not limited to monthly newsletter, quarterly product previews, training and certification updates.
- Own partner segmentation strategy and list governance, working with Business Operations to ensure our marketing communications are reaching the target audience.
- Ensure partners are effectively communicating their relationship with Boston Dynamics and adhering to our brand and partner marketing guidelines.
- Manage the partner portal and all associated marketing content and support. Work with Marketing and Revenue Ops counterparts to optimize the overall value of the site.
- Own partner-facing certification messaging, content, and renewal communications in coordination with partner education and enablement teams
- Manage external partner program landing page and partner intake flow content, including updates to our external partner directory.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B technology marketing or strategic partner and customer relationship management, ideally in robotics, technology or enterprise software environments.
- Understanding of how metrics can inform marketing and business success
- Experience working with CRM databases systems
- Experience building and executing email campaigns, preferably using Hubspot
- Experience collaborating across marketing cross functionally to achieve goals
- Good project management, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with 3rd party or outside entities on marketing projects
- Excellent attention to detail
- Understanding of Reseller partners and their go-to-market motion
- Experience with partner or sales enablement
- Some experience with partner program operations, including partner/channel marketing and lifecycle communications
Travel:
- Occasional travel (10-15%) to partner locations and industry events.

The base pay range for this position is between $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually. Base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range represents a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
