Marketing Operations Specialist III
Manages Marketing Operations business processes, systems and infrastructure deliverables to ensure the highest level of compliance, performance and efficiency. Support Marketing Operations' overall mission of continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop subject matter expertise in HCP contracting process across the Interventional Oncology & Embolization (IO&E) business. Understand yearly business initiatives and objectives.
- Facilitate all HCP-related paperwork for IO&E consulting services including HCP agreements and engagements for advisory board services, content development/marketing services, in addition to one-time HCP consultant agreements. Responsibilities include facilitation of HCP honoraria and expense reimbursements as well as HCP meeting/event coordination
- Develop high level of knowledge of Engage HCP System and associated Compliance requirements. Collaborate closely with legal and compliance partners.
- Communicate HCP process across the IO&E business to educate others to processes and Compliance requirements. Responsibilities will include cross-functional collaboration with key senior IO&E stakeholders, Medical Affairs and BSC Meetings Team.
- Develop subject matter expertise in APPROVE system.
- Collaborate with product managers to submit applicable materials to the APPROVE system.
- Review process across IO&E setting new standards for efficiency and compliance.
- Educate others on effective and efficient compliance to LAR process.
Develop working knowledge of the Product Life Cycle Process (PLCP) and associated Marketing deliverables to facilitate collaboration with Upstream and Downstream product launch process and deliverables. Facilitate execution of all Marketing Operations workstreams across IO&E business to insure continuity and continued efficiency improvements. Identify new areas of improvement and participate in implementation of same. Acts as a liaison with project stakeholders and effectively communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other relevant field
- 2+ years of B2B experience within the medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare capital and/or IT industries required
- Multiple examples and experiences managing multiple projects and competing priorities with success and accuracy
