This position is responsible for planning, directing and leading the execution of the country's business strategies and achievement of key performance indicators across multiple business units/functions. In addition to driving international and regional initiatives for the business in Thailand, the role involves monitoring and measuring performance against objectives. The individual is also expected to foster a high-performance culture by building, developing and retaining a high-performing team. This includes building the right capabilities within the team, ensuring succession planning and employee engagement, upskilling employees and driving leadership capabilities to meet current and future business needs.
The core objective of this role is to support the relevant product franchises in achieving the goals and objectives of their division. This person should drive the achievement of business growth through market intelligence, focused market/competitive analysis, product positioning, development of marketing plans, product launches and training in coordination with the Sales organization.
