About the role: We're looking for an experienced and versatile product manager for one of our faster growing divisions in Andean Region. The person will work aligned with Latam/Corporate marketing strategies to lead the business unit annual strategic and marketing plan as well as execute marketing tactics and campaigns while measuring main business KPIs. Having an accurate mapping of current market to establish the base of the situation analysis is key to identify potential gaps and exploit new opportunities. All of this, working in partnership with the senior executive, the commercial and demand generation teams, to develop a fully detailed Andean Region business strategy including objectives, forecasting and action plans. Looking to position our strategic portfolio and new launches and gain market share in core portfolio, it is a priority to lead the value proposition and clinical messages building and delivery to different stakeholders in the healthcare system and internal teams, understanding the market and healthcare system needs. Guide, coach and develop his/her direct report and work as a team with the demand generation leader and his team in the achievement of organizational goals. The person should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term business strategy and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, biomedical engineering or marketing English: B2-C1 level Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles within medical devices and/or pharmaceutical industry Experience in managing P&L and marketing KPIs Experience in management of direct or indirect reports Relationship building, teamwork, customer centricity, leadership and communication skills
Preferred qualifications: Professional post graduate education: marketing post graduate degree, MBA or master in marketing
