As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, your responsibilities could include:

Languages: Dutch, English, French

Compliance & Administrative Management

• Managing documentation and records related to interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in compliance with local regulations, MedTech Europe guidelines, and internal policies
• Preparing and submitting HCP-related documentation (consultancy agreements, grants, sponsorships) within strict deadlines
• Collaborating with Legal & Compliance teams to ensure accuracy and audit readiness

Operational & Logistical Support

• Coordinating logistics for events, trainings, congresses, and internal meetings (venue, travel, on-site support)
• Managing purchasing processes, including purchase requests, invoice validation, and payment tracking
• Supporting commercial teams in their day-to-day activities

Marketing Support

• Assisting in the execution of marketing plans and campaigns
• Preparing promotional materials and coordinating marketing events
• Maintaining and updating internal databases

Financial & Budget Monitoring

• Supporting budget planning and tracking expenses
• Ensuring accuracy of financial data and reporting
• Monitoring budget performance and flagging potential risks

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Working closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Finance, Customer Service) and external partners
• Contributing to process improvements and team initiatives
• Ensuring clear and effective communication across teams

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain strong professional relationships
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Experience with event management tools (e.g., Cvent) is a plus

Education & Experience:

• Degree in administration, business, marketing, or a related field
• Experience in a similar support role is an asset; experience in healthcare, pharma, or medtech is a plus
• Fluency in Dutch, English, and French (written and spoken)
