We are seeking a Senior AI Product Owner – GenAI & Agentic AI Applications to lead the development and delivery of Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI applications across the organization.

This role will drive execution of high-impact AI initiatives that align with our strategic goals and deliver measurable business value. It offers an outstanding opportunity for growth and will be integral to the Enterprise AI Team, focusing on both product strategy and hands-on delivery.

As a product owner, you will shape the product vision, define and prioritize features, and deliver robust AI solutions—from ideation to production—by translating complex AI capabilities into impactful business applications.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle for custom GenAI and Agentic AI applications, from idea intake through deployment, knowledge transfer, and hypercare.
  • Defining and driving the roadmap for GenAI and Agentic AI products in partnership with stakeholders across functions.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams (AI engineering, architecture, and platform), converting AI opportunities into tangible business features.
  • Leading cross-functional Agile teams, managing the product backlog, and facilitating key ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, daily stand-ups).
  • Capturing high-value use cases through discovery workshops, interviews, and analysis sessions; defining problem statements and prioritizing value delivery.
  • Managing change management efforts, including stakeholder communication, adoption planning, and issue resolution during hypercare.
  • Ensuring robust documentation and training materials are created to support scalable deployment and adoption across teams.
  • Tracking success metrics and KPIs, informing iterative product improvements, and contributing to long-term roadmap planning.
  • Acting as a champion for responsible AI practices—embedding security, compliance, and ethical AI principles throughout delivery.
  • Partnering closely with internal stakeholders to evangelize AI opportunities and scale emerging GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities.
  • Implementing and managing LLM evaluation frameworks, such as OpenAI Evals, to systematically assess and improve the performance, reliability, and safety of AI applications.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital product management within custom application delivery.
  • Strong familiarity with large language models (LLMs), AI agents, prompt engineering, and their application in enterprise use cases.
  • Experience working with technical teams on GenAI, AI/ML, data, or analytics products.
  • Deep interest in emerging AI technologies and their real-world applications.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
  • Working knowledge of machine learning concepts and system architecture.
  • Skilled in gathering and documenting functional requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive alignment.
  • Experience managing go-live, knowledge transfer, and post-launch support.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience delivering digital capabilities for healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Experience working directly with Generative AI and large language models (LLMs), including contributing to their development and implementation.
  • Proven ability to present to stakeholders and gain buy-in, with effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently while proactively engaging with team members and stakeholders to align and drive solutions forward.
  • Effective management of conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence team members effectively to achieve project goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize team collaboration and actively support all team members.
