Senior Analyst, Finance Systems and Product Costing

Join our global Finance team as a Senior Analyst, Finance Systems and Product Costing, where you'll play a key role serving as a liaison between business users and technical teams to support Finance system transformation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Representing Finance business users within the Agile ERP team, partnering closely with stakeholders to translate user requirements into well-defined business user stories and clear "Who, What, Why" acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborating and coordinating with cross-functional Magellan Workstreams, Strategic Integration Vendors, BSC Business Process Leads (BPLs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Communities of Practice, and IT Solution Architects/COEs to drive best practices across Finance processes and applications.
  • Partnering with the Training team and Site Super Users/BPLs/SMEs to develop and implement training plans that enhance application knowledge across the Finance organization.
  • Supporting change management initiatives by helping finance users adapt to new processes and technologies during ERP deployment.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices within the team and fostering a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and learning.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of specialized professional experience in analytical or related roles.
  • 2+ years of experience in product costing and inventory accounting.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, and other core financial applications.
  • Understanding of key finance and accounting business processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated high degree of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to execution.
  • Proven adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-changing, dynamic environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Exposure to transfer pricing and global finance operations.
  • 3+ years of experience in the medical device or regulated industry.
  • Experience with Agile or Scaled Agile methodologies, design thinking, and lean rituals.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
