Sr Digital Product Manager, PACE/Contract AI

Boston Scientific is seeking an experienced Product Manager for its PACE (Price and Contract Evolution) platform and product/program initiatives. This is a highly visible and strategic role that will support the delivery of this rapidly expanding domain. This role is responsible for partnering with numerous internal stakeholders to support, expand, and enhance the existing PACE/Contract AI solution to a global user base. In addition, they will manage the product vendor relationships, contracts, and budget. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, project management, problem-solving skills, a proven track record of success, and a desire to win.

This is a hybrid position and can be based out of our Arden Hills, MN or Marlborough, MA, sites.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Partners cross-functionally with Commercial Services (GBS), Sales, IT, and 3rd party partner(s).
  • Develops and owns project plans, timelines, budget, roles/responsibilities, communication plan, and other project management processes and documents.
  • Manages product demand, prioritization and manages product governance.
  • Manages plan, implementation and delivery of projects and product releases
  • Determines and manages tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
  • Monitoring progress and performance, helping development team to make improvements.
  • Directs the work of employees assigned to the project (from technical and business partners) to build a high performing team.
  • Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the team.
  • Manages and coordinates all IT workstreams and activities associated with the program (upstream: Model N; SFDC and downstream: CDL; Tableau).
  • Provides updates to management and stakeholders of progress through frequent communication that aligns with program communication plan and ongoing needs.
  • Participates in external product management organizations, conferences and seminars to keep current with industry best practices in project management by joining professional associations and implementing a professional development plan with focus on product management.

Required Qualifications:

  • BS Degree
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Experience working in large and complex enterprise project environments
  • Proven experience working in a regulated environment with quality systems which includes strong documentation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to understand and communicate technical information to an audience of varying skill levels
  • Strong organizational skills, experience leading large development teams and strategic initiatives
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, adaptable
  • Analytical approach to problem solving and project management
  • Able to work on a team, in person, and in a collaborative virtual setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS degree
  • Experience within the Azure technical ecosystem
  • Experience with AI
  • PMP, PMI, or PMBOK certification
  • Scrum Master certification
