We're looking for a Product Manager, Growth and Product Experience to own the journey from signup to activation, trust, and paid conversion across Botpress.
You'll own key growth surfaces — signup, onboarding, activation, and early conversion — and work at the intersection of product, UX, growth, customer research, and technical systems thinking.
Your job is to translate Botpress's technical depth into a customer-facing experience that makes support teams feel confident, capable, and ready to adopt. Botpress Desk is one of the most important surfaces in the short term, but your mandate is broader: help more of the right customers reach value, build trust, and grow with Botpress.
