Description of the Position
Your Mission
As a Business Analyst/Product Owner, you play a key role in understanding business needs, translating them into efficient IT solutions, and maximizing the value of the delivered product.
You intervene both upstream (analysis, framing, and product vision) and downstream (monitoring, validation, continuous improvement) of projects.
Within the team dedicated to store tools (SI Store), your role is central. You will directly contribute to the fluidity of operations for users and customers.
Your main responsibilities:
Backlog Management
- Maintain and ensure the continuous prioritization of the Product Backlog, based on business value and user feedback.
- Translate user stories' needs and define clear and testable acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Accept or reject the work provided at the end of each iteration.
- Participate in the estimation of new projects.
Analysis & Functional Design
- Collect and analyze user and business needs.
- Formalize functional requirements and management rules.
- Model the processes (workflows, diagrams, use cases, data flows).
- Perform gap analyses between the existing and the target.
- Maintain a traceability matrix of the requirements.
Collaboration, Agility & Leadership
- Lead business workshops and with BA/PO of other products.
- Ensure coordination with IT teams (developers, architects, project managers/Scrum Masters).
- Guarantee functional compliance between the expressed need and the delivered solution.
- Contribute to functional recipes and testing phases.
- Monitor progress, report risks, and participate in project management.
Deployment & Continuous Improvement
- Train and support the RUN support.
- Participate in post-deployment reviews.
- Be a force of proposal in the optimization of processes and tools.
Qualifications
Profile Sought
You are a graduate of a BAC+3 to BAC+5 in:
- Information Technology
- Information Systems
- Management / Business School
- Or equivalent field
You have:
- Confirmed experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner
- Good knowledge of IT environments and retail
- Mastery of techniques for needs gathering and modeling
- Good knowledge of tools: SQL, JIRA, Office Suite / Google
Your skills:
- Excellent analytical and synthesis capacity
- Very good relationship skills and sense of communication
- Autonomy and rigor
- Organization and priority management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of project management and methodologies (Agile, V-cycle, etc.)
