Bridgestone Americas, Inc. (BSAM), based in Nashville, Tennessee, and Bridgestone Europe, Middle East, and Africa (BSEMEA), based in Brussels, Belgium, operate collectively as a strategic region "Bridgestone West". This region serves the strategic business needs of teams in America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. BSAM and BSEMEA are subsidiaries of Bridgestone Corporation, headquartered globally in Japan. Bridgestone and its subsidiaries develop, manufacture, and market a wide range of Bridgestone, Firestone, and associated brands to meet the needs of a diverse range of customers and industries.
Implement local strategic trade marketing plan actions and tools, execute commercial activities, improving the BOSS (our end customer) experience in all points of sale. Actively collaborate with stakeholders (suppliers, distributors, and end customer) in each channel to ensure the effectiveness of our sales strategy, through the fulfillment of established sell out actions.
Ensure the correct implementation of tactical actions (bonuses and commercial promotions) for different business channels and segments (commercial) and develop a measurement framework.
Collaborate with the consultants team to develop and follow up the sell out, in order to achieve profitable growth and the implementation of strategic priorities (e.g., High Profitability, Mobility Solutions, etc.).
Ensure compliance with the operation and service standards developed for each channel, including compliance with brand guidelines established by the regional marketing team.
Responsible for ensuring the correct implementation of after-sales programs, platforms, and applications created to improve the performance of each point of contact with the Boss.
Detect and report insights from all involved in each channel, to implement continuous improvements in the strategy.
Manage and approve the use of cooperative advertising supports.
Develop, execute, and follow up incentive plans for each channel and business segment.
Responsible for tracking the implementation of commercial actions for analysis and improvement search.
