Position Summary

The main objective of this position is to ensure the coherence, positivity, and integrity of the company's brands (Bridgestone, Firestone & Bandag), aligning them directly with the fundamental values and strategic objectives of the organization. This role is essentially strategic, focused on the continuous strengthening of brand identity in front of the target audience, acting as a key driver to boost market share growth and foster unwavering customer loyalty. The role has a regional scope, with the main responsibility of defining and executing the Comprehensive Marketing Plan in Argentina, while providing strategic support and adaptation to operations in Chile.

Responsibilities

Among the main objectives, the following stand out:

  • Lead the Brand Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans for Bridgestone, Firestone, and Bandag that increase their visibility, relevance, and value in Argentina and Chile.
  • Management of the 360° Digital Ecosystem: Be the strategic responsible for the continuous operation and optimization of all company digital channels.
  • Optimization of Paid Media: Manage and follow up on the media plan to maximize engagement and communication efficiency.
  • Development of Social Media: Plan and execute the social media and influencer strategy.
  • Local Implementation of E-mail Marketing: Execute the segmented strategy with a priority focus on customer loyalty.
  • Supervision of Marketplaces: Follow up and optimize the performance and conversion rates on e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordination of Co-branding: Manage joint brand projects with original team partners.
  • Analysis and Budget: Report KPIs and actionable insights, managing the budget to maximize ROI and ROAS.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Graduates in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in strategic roles within Marketing, Branding, and/or Digital Management (exclusive).
  • Languages: English: Intermediate/Advanced. Portuguese: Basic (desirable, for support in the region).
  • Key Skills and Competencies: Strategic Vision, Analytical Profile, Excellence in Communication, Collaboration, and Leadership.
