Bridgestone Americas, Inc. (BSAM), based in Nashville, Tennessee, and Bridgestone Europe, Middle East, and Africa (BSEMEA), headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, operate collectively as the strategic region "Bridgestone West". This region serves the strategic business needs of equipment in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. BSAM and BSEMEA are subsidiaries of Bridgestone Corporation, headquartered in Japan. Bridgestone and its affiliates develop, manufacture, and market a wide range of Bridgestone, Firestone, and associated brand products and solutions to meet the needs of a diverse range of customers and industries.
Verify, distribute, and classify the finished product in the different racks within the warehouse (exchange area), under the standards of Safety, Environment, and Quality (S.A.C), standard practices, good manufacturing practices, and other requirements to ensure compliance and receipt of the daily production program ticket.
Assemble the rack and place the product according to the standard, quantity, type, measurement, and capacity of the rack, where tires are deposited, to ensure the safety, utilization, and arrangement of the product.
Distribute and arrange the tires according to their type or family, to ensure their proper storage.
Verify that there is only one measurement per rack, with the aim of ensuring that it is the corresponding material to the traceability ticket, and thus avoiding the mixing of similar tires.
Comply with the department's norms, BASC, internal policies, safety, environment, and quality to ensure the safety of the Company.
Apply the 5s methodology in the work area.
