Junior ServiceNow Product Support/Developer

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. We are seeking three Junior ServiceNow Product Support/Developers to join our team. This role will contribute to the development, configuration, and ongoing support of ServiceNow applications across IT Workflows, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, and the Employee Portal. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality platform enhancements and user experience improvements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support development, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow modules.
  • Assist with platform integrations and troubleshoot connectivity issues (REST/SOAP).
  • Maintain and enhance functionality within the Employee Portal.
  • Participate in testing cycles, documentation, and deployment activities.
  • Provide technical support and respond to user inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements.

Minimum qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development or administration.
  • Familiarity with IT Workflows, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, and Employee Portal features.
  • Basic understanding of ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP).
  • ServiceNow Fundamentals or Certified System Administrator certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
