Product Marketing Manager

Bridgestone is seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the product launch process for Bridgestone & Firestone tires within the Consumer Replacement business. This role is responsible for orchestrating cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies. The Product Marketing Manager will also guide key agency partners through the launch process, ensuring the development of compelling content and creative assets that support product positioning and elevate product storytelling. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring each launch is executed with precision, market relevance, and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the end-to-end product marketing work plan for all Bridgestone & Firestone tire launches.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
  • Represent Product Marketing in Launch Milestone Operations (LMO) meetings.
  • Lead post-production deliverables for product launches.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing COE to shape integrated digital media, influencer, and social strategies.
  • Lead merchandising meetings that educate and empower Sales and Customer Support teammates.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in the execution of the Winter Driving School customer event.
  • Support Motorcycle with new product launches.
  • Support the Government Channel through tailored marketing efforts.

Minimum qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree + 6 years of experience, or Masters' Degree + 5 years of management or leadership experience.
  • Agency experience required.
  • Proven success in leading complex product launches with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams, preferably in large matrix organizations.
  • Demonstrates a bias for action in all areas of work; shows serious commitment to accountability and ownership, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity and demonstrates an innovative approach to solving problems.
  • Commitment to transparency.
  • Disciplined approach to marketing and business.
  • History of agility, flexibility; strength in change management.
