Campaigns span both B2B and B2C audiences, covering corporate venue hire, brand activations, events and experiential.
  • Manage media budget allocation across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and programmatic channels, balancing investment between brand awareness objectives (reach, frequency, share of voice) and direct response objectives (cost per qualified lead, cost per acquisition, revenue contribution), with clear attribution reporting on both.
  • Drive conversion rate optimisation across digital funnels, including landing page performance and enquiry flow, identifying and acting on opportunities to improve paid media efficiency.
  • Build and maintain always-on lead capture infrastructure to ensure a consistent flow of qualified enquiries to the Sales team across all venues and services.
  • Support the management of agency partners and paid media suppliers, contributing to delivery, testing and performance reporting.

CRM Strategy and HubSpot

  • Own the HubSpot platform across Broadwick Spaces and Services, with responsibility for system configuration, workflows, properties, integrations and reporting structures.
  • Work with the Marketing and Sales team to deliver CRM strategy through practical automation, segmentation and lead nurturing programmes that move prospects from initial enquiry through to booking.
  • Ensure HubSpot is structured to support accurate pipeline reporting, lead tracking and attribution from marketing activity through to sales conversion.
  • Maintain strong CRM governance including data quality, segmentation accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Proactively test and refine automation, segmentation and personalisation to strengthen engagement and improve conversion rates.

Lifecycle Marketing and Lead Nurture

  • Design and manage lifecycle marketing journeys that support both B2B venue sales and B2C event audiences.
  • Build automated nurture programmes that guide prospects through the customer journey while strengthening engagement with existing clients.
  • Develop targeted CRM campaigns aligned with venue marketing priorities, seasonal demand periods and key commercial initiatives including repeat bookings and portfolio cross-selling.
  • Work with cluster Marketing Managers to ensure venue-level campaigns are supported by targeted CRM communications and audience nurture.

  • Act as the senior digital voice within the marketing team, contributing to commercial planning and strategic discussions.
  • Work in close partnership with the Creative Studio, Brand Content Marketing Manager and cluster Marketing Managers to ensure brand excellence translates into digital performance.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Operations and the wider commercial team.

You'll Need To Have:

  • Solid hands-on experience in a digital marketing role with demonstrable expertise in paid media, including paid search, paid social and programmatic, across both brand awareness and lead generation objectives.
