Job Description

BryceTech is currently looking for a Graphic Designer. This position will be supporting The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, Chemical Biological Center, known as DEVCOM CBC. This role will create and maintain visual assets and design materials to support government leads.

The person in this role will:

  • Conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs for print collateral—brochures, posters, banners—and digital assets.
  • Follow, develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all materials and campaigns.
  • Create infographics, data visualizations, and presentation templates that simplify complex information.
  • Prepare production-ready files, coordinating specifications with printers and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align design work with strategic objectives.
  • Retouch photographs, composite images, and produce digital illustrations as needed.
  • Optimize graphics for web performance, accessibility standards, and responsive design requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, adjusting priorities based on mission-critical needs.

Solicit and integrate stakeholder feedback throughout design iterations to refine deliverables.

Qualifications

The experience and certification requirements listed below are essential to successfully perform the tasks above:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite—InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse print and digital projects.
