Senior Associate Product Manager | Cash PJ & Digital Services

The Cash PJ & Digital Services area is responsible for building the transactional experience of the account for SMEs at C6 Bank – from the conception of products, through the construction together with the squads and the management of the lifecycle of payment, receipt, and reconciliation products.

Your Activities as CSixer

• Manage the product development cycle, from planning to launch, ensuring alignment between the Business, Technology, HX, Commercial, Service, and Backoffice areas;
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize product improvements and new features within the agile dynamic;
• Conduct constant market and customer base research to evaluate the acceptance and utilization of the product and its functionalities;
• Build, implement, and monitor processes related to the sale and after-sales of products;
• Monitor the product's performance, both quantitatively (KPIs) and qualitatively (NPS and other tools);
• Prepare functional documentation of the product and its functionalities.

Requirements and Experience

• Experience with product development and agile methodologies;
• Facility for problem-solving, application of simplified solutions, and conducting alignments between various stakeholders;
• Collaborative performance with a focus on delivery, valuing humility and the spirit of "frescobol";
• Knowledge of payment products, with a focus on PIX for SMEs;
• Knowledge of the legal person dynamic will be considered a differential;
• Availability to work in a physical format in the central region of São Paulo (Av. 9 de Julho).
