We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D CAD/CAM Designer to support the Advanced Manufacturing Program for long lead time and obsolete parts at SRF-JRMC Yokosuka, Japan. This critical role will assist in overcoming supply chain challenges by providing technical design expertise for reverse engineering and fabrication of components using cutting-edge manufacturing technologies. The 3D CAD/CAM Designer will work closely with the Advanced Manufacturing Program Manager to develop detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and manufacturing specifications for critical naval components. The successful candidate will apply naval engineering and mechanical standards to create designs that meet rigorous performance requirements while ensuring compliance with Navy technical specifications. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute directly to fleet readiness by applying advanced design techniques to solve critical part obsolescence challenges.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $71,800 - $150,800
