Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Execution: Collaborate closely with the Associate Creative Director to develop and execute compelling creative assets. Participate actively in Creative Review meetings to understand project requirements and receive feedback. Implement feedback diligently to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals and brand standards. Work alongside writers and other designers to create cohesive and effective design solutions.
• Design Development: Utilize your proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, to produce high-quality designs. Adhere to established brand guidelines and leverage existing design templates while also demonstrating the ability to create innovative, original designs. Translate creative briefs into visual concepts and designs that effectively communicate the desired message.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work even under tight deadlines. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and make well-informed design decisions. Continuously update skills and knowledge in graphic design to stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creative thinking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to receive and implement feedback effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
