Job Title

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical expertise and support for Precast shapes, Shotcretes etc.

2. Preparing and conducting technical sales briefings for customer and company representatives.

3. Participate in customer trials, inspections, audits, and post-mortem analysis of linings.

4. Liaise with plant technical teams to resolve application issues and recommend performance improvements.

5. Monitor product performance KPIs (lining life, wear rate, failure mode) and build technical dossiers.

6. Support sales and business development by conducting techno-commercial discussions, product presentations, and site visits.

7. Identify customer needs and gaps; propose tailored solutions or product customization.

8. Assist in new product introductions, trials, and performance validation in close coordination with R&D/QC and manufacturing.

9. Collaborate with commercial teams to support tenders, proposals, and cost-performance evaluations.

10. Provide internal and customer training sessions on product applications and best practices.

Requirements:

Essential:

1. B.Tech - Mechanical/Chemical/Metallurgy/ Ceramic

2. Experience in refractory application engineering, preferably in the steel industry

3. Hands-on experience in BD activities in above referred application areas in Steel plant

4. Strong field exposure and understanding of steel plant operations and constraints
