Calendly

Provides an online scheduling platform that automates meeting bookings, calendar coordination, and availability sharing for individuals and teams.

Senior Product Manager, Core Experience

Ready to make a serious impact? Millions of people already rely on Calendly, and we're still in the midst of exciting product growth — it's a fantastic time to join us. Everything you'll work on here will accelerate your career to the next level. If you want to learn, grow, and do the best work of your life alongside the best people you've ever worked with, then we hope you'll consider allowing Calendly to be a part of your professional journey.

About the Team & Opportunity

Calendly is scaling beyond a single-product into a platform of multiple products with compounding benefits to our users. As a result, consistency, clarity, and trust in the user experience are now critical product infrastructure.

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap and coordination of Calendly's shared product surfaces and user experience. This role partners closely with the Core UX design team and platform engineers to ensure that global UX foundations scale with the product.

This is a high-leverage role with broad impact across the product and organization.

On a Typical Day, You Will Be Working On:

  • Own and execute a global UX foundations roadmap that improves usability, consistency, scalability, and customer satisfaction across core experiences including navigation, IA, authentication, discovery of new features, onboarding, notifications, settings, and system feedback
  • Partner day-to-day with the Design Systems team to evolve shared components and patterns, ensuring accessibility and usability at scale
  • Drive adoption of shared components and patterns across product teams so teams build on common foundations, accelerating development while maintaining consistency
  • Establish governance frameworks and standards that promote innovation while ensuring cohesion, scalability, quality, and velocity
  • Lead change management efforts to drive organizational adoption of shared UX standards, including influencing multiple product roadmaps to prioritize systemic UX improvements beyond direct feature ownership
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to drive continuous improvements to global user experiences. Defining and monitoring UX health metrics across critical journeys to identify friction and measure impact
  • Champion platform cohesion and trust, ensuring Calendly feels like one intentional product rather than a collection of loosely connected features

What Do We Need From You?

  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • Experience owning system level improvements at a platform, infrastructure, or design system level
  • Track record of measurable improvements to user experience and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and iteration
  • Worked closely with designers and design leadership on UX-heavy systems
  • Experience with B2B or prosumer SaaS products
  • Comfort operating without direct revenue or growth KPIs
  • Strong judgment in ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time

Tier 1 Salary Hiring Range $201,122.58 - $254,360.91 USD

Tier 2 Salary Hiring Range $184,362.37 - $233,164.17 USD

Tier 3 Salary Hiring Range $167,602.15 - $211,967.43 USD

The ranges listed above are the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.

Calendly takes a number of factors into consideration when determining an employee's starting salary, including relevant experience, relevant skills sets, interview performance, location/metropolitan area, and internal pay equity.

Base salary is just one component of Calendly's total rewards package. All full-time (30 hours/week) employees are also eligible for our Top Performer Bonus program (or Sales incentive), equity awards, and competitive benefits.

Calendly uses the zip code of an employee's remote work location, or the onsite building location if hybrid, to determine which metropolitan pay range we use. Current geographic zones are as follows:

  • Tier 1: San Francisco, CA, San Jose, CA, New York City, NY
  • Tier 2: Chicago, IL, Austin, TX, Denver, CO, Boston, MA, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, PA, Portland, OR, Seattle, WA, Miami, FL, and all other cities in CA.
