CallRail is looking for a Design Systems Designer
About the role: We're looking for a Product Designer to support the growth and adoption of our design system across web and mobile. This role focuses on building, maintaining, and documenting components, while helping ensure consistent usage across the product.
You'll work closely with the design systems workstream and cross-functional partners to translate system standards into scalable, usable outputs.

Core skills & mindset Strong experience building and maintaining components in Figma (variants, properties, auto layout) High attention to detail and consistency in visual and interaction design Comfortable working within established systems and applying standards accurately Ability to take defined patterns and execute them cleanly and thoroughly Collaborative and responsive when working with designers and engineers
Experience ~2–5 years of experience in product design or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience) Experience working with component-based design systems or design libraries Familiarity with developer handoff or front-end constraints
Nice to have Exposure to token-based design systems Interest in improving workflows and scaling design system adoption Curiosity about AI-assisted design or prototyping workflows

This position is based out of our Atlanta office and will require that you come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
