BA/PM Data Design
Capco is seeking a junior Business Analyst / Project Management Consultant to support the Data by Design workstream for a strategic client engagement. The role requires an individual who can effectively bridge business and technology teams by gathering requirements, managing stakeholder interactions, and supporting delivery activities across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications
- Support project planning, coordination, and delivery tracking activities
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support defect management
- Collaborate closely with Business & Functions (B&F) stakeholders and technology teams
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and status updates
- Support implementation and change management activities
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of project outcomes
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Management Consultant, or similar role
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Hands-on experience in writing user stories and supporting Agile delivery
- Experience performing UAT and stakeholder coordination
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across business and technology teams
- Experience within Financial Services or consulting environments is preferred
