Our team delivers customer self-service functionality via the Farmers/Foremost/Bristol West Websites and Mobile Applications.
Product Managers collaborate with product owners, developers, architects, scrum master and business owners/SMEs to create features that deliver self-service solutions that are aligned with strategic business goals. Follows through with development, some UAT, demos, to ensure business needs are met with the development associated with the features assigned. Works in a SAFe Agile environment.
Maximizes the delivery of value to customers in the shortest sustainable lead time. Identifies business and customer needs, prioritizing program level work and guiding this work through the process of Program Kanban. Contributes to the development of the vision and defining and executing on the roadmap for the value stream in which they support with the guidance of a more senior PM or Business Leader. Continuously defines, prioritizes and validates requirements using market research, customer feedback and development capacity to deliver value in short, integrated learning cycles.
