The Consumer Direct Analytics team provides analytical support across our direct to consumer sales channels, delivering the reporting, insights, and data models that drive business decisions. The team owns the semantic layer and certified metrics that power dashboards and self service analytics for marketing, operations, and product stakeholders.
This role partners closely with senior stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into advanced analytical solutions. The consultant is expected to proactively generate strategic insights, influence decision-making, and clearly communicate findings to both technical teams and executive audiences. The position requires strong expertise in marketing data analytics, the ability to synthesize large and complex datasets, and a high level of storytelling skills to transform data into clear, actionable insights that drive business performance. The consultant will act as a trusted analytics advisor, leading discussions with stakeholders, challenging assumptions when needed, and ensuring data-driven recommendations are aligned with business objectives.
