Analytics & Business Intelligence Team Member

Team Function: The Analytics & Business Intelligence team has a broad scope supporting the entire Direct Business Unit. We build reporting, analyze data, run tests, and measure results. Our stakeholders who we support include Farmers Workplace Solutions (FWS), Brand Media, Performance Marketing, Farmers.com, FFQ online quoting, Direct sales, Customer Retention, and many others. We take data, visualize it in clear formats so that stakeholders can take action off of it, and measure outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Ability to generate strategic business insights from both structured and unstructured data.
- Skilled in translating stakeholder requirements into measurable metrics, and vice versa, to support effective decision-making.
- Proficient in presenting data in a clear and actionable manner through dashboards and reports that guide initiatives and enable performance tracking.
- Supports the marketing function by performing data manipulation and data mining on large sets of data.
- Development of data and information structure.
- Creates and modifies computer programs to pull information from company databases.
- Prepares analyses marketing driver effectiveness and efficiency and analysis of cross-sell and retention; suggests enhancements to standard approaches.
- Identifies market segments and develops specialized reporting approaches.
- Prepares exhibits and responds to requests for additional data.
- Provides detailed requirements for systems implementation projects.
- Measures and monitors marketing performance data. Facilitates through other parts of the organization to accomplish results.
- Supports data sciences team through access and manipulation/formatting of data as required Performs other duties as assigned.
