Manager, Product Manager, GenAI for Operations

As a Manager, Product Manager in the Operations GenAI space, you will be leading an effort to use Generative AI to transform how we deal with fraud and streamline our operations. You'll lead a large cross-functional team, all the way from research to proposing solutions and delivering. The ideal candidate for this role has knowledge and experience with developing solutions centered around language research, NLP methods, Generative AI and designing AI agents. You have both a deep technical understanding of the rapidly developing state of language models and a passion to bring them to life in ways that improves the associate and customer experience. You are able to align a large group of stakeholders, and are comfortable speaking with senior leaders to help educate and advocate for these next-generation solutions.

Basic Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
- A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing solutions centered around language research, NLP methods, Generative AI and designing AI agents
- Experience developing language models in a research or applied setting or have partnered with researchers in developing LLM applications
- Have directed cross-functional engineering teams in aid of bringing an end-to-end solution to market with an eye towards system performance and resiliency
- Experience aligning a large and diverse group of cross-functional stakeholders toward solutions
- Ability to make critical tradeoffs and communicate recommendations with senior stakeholders
- Ability to set a transformative vision to solve for customer and associate problems
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
