As eCBR scales from a single-tenant solution to a high-velocity, multi-tenant powerhouse, we are looking for a Senior Associate Product Manager to partner with our customers and Risk teams to identify and build new features that will improve the customer experience, accuracy, and resilience of the platform.
In this role, you will be delivering the tools and dashboards that will accelerate eCBR's platform maturity journey while maintaining ongoing operational stability. You will work side by side with existing platform customers and stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve operational impediments. A successful candidate will both provide immediate value and cultivate a comprehensive understanding of customer use cases and pain points, which will subsequently inform the long-term roadmap. In partnership with Tech, Analytics, and Risk you will deliver new horizontal features that benefit all current and future tenants.
Customer Success: Partner with customers to assist in technical Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and remediation activities for complex, cross-platform issues. You will coordinate across multiple teams (Data Tech, Risk & Compliance, and Operations) to drive timely remediation while also developing deep customer empathy.
Deliver on Horizontal Capability Roadmap: Deliver new platform-wide capabilities, such as automated monitoring, self-healing data triggers, proactive controls, and standardized tools, that can be implemented horizontally across all tenants to enhance usability and system transparency.
Multi-Tenant Governance: Partner with diverse LOB stakeholders to ensure that platform growth in one area never compromises the stability of another.
Control Ownership: Own the lifecycle of platform controls. You will design, maintain, and defend these controls during annual testing, assessments, and enterprise audits.
A Data Enthusiast: You have a passion for exploratory analysis and enjoy the testing and validation of hypotheses through data.
A Pattern Identifier: You possess the ability to analyze complex situations, synthesize information, and discern common patterns and trends across seemingly disparate challenges.
A Scalability Expert: You aren't interested in one-off fixes; you want to build horizontal tools that solve problems for every tenant simultaneously.
An Innovator and Experimenter: You embody the test and learn mentality; you have a track record of putting together proofs-of-concept (POCs), such as dashboards, or collaborating with technical teams on Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to quickly validate assumptions and deliver incremental value.
Resilient: You thrive in high-pressure environments and are motivated by the challenge of maintaining 100% accuracy in a rapidly scaling ecosystem.
You'll collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and elevating any need for additional research to define future feature design

You'll own and prioritize feature development roadmaps, ensuring all necessary processes and procedures are followed to manage risk
You'll work autonomously in an agile environment, to conduct research and develop features that utilize new and evolving technology
You'll collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists and subject-matter experts to build cutting edge solutions to help customers
You'll deliver well-managed product platforms for customers by seeking to understand technology trends and architecture strategy
By actively participating in horizontal forums, you'll harness a network of trusted relationships among tech teams, designers, key internal stakeholders and partner teams
You'll articulate a succinct product roadmap to deliver business value and share with stakeholders, elevating your team's results and becoming a product matter expert
Intellectually Curious: You ask why, you explore, you're not afraid to blurt out your crazy idea or follow an email chain for weeks to find someone with an answer. Comfortable with ambiguity, a hunger to learn and a seeker of new challenges
Communicator & Influencer: You can communicate complex ideas clearly regardless of your audience. Our team knows their priorities and why they're doing what they're doing. You always can rally associates to work with you
Do-er: You're biased toward action, you try things and sometimes you fail. You can get around roadblocks and stay focused on your goals. You're well organized, able to multitask and able to prioritize your work
Passionate & Customer Focus: You care about growing others and bringing them together around what's possible. You get a thrill from the journey of building and shipping products, and you have a desire and ability to connect with our external or internal customers to fully understand their needs
Learner: You have an appetite to learn new things or new technologies all while exhibiting humbleness when the time comes to ask for help
