About the Team

As a Senior Director on the Associate Experience product team you will embark on the mission to connect customers in the Capital One enterprise (i.e., our employees, or Associates) with simple to use, digitally enriched experiences that are designed to enhance the associate experience. This role represents the needs of the customer to inform the technology roadmap ensuring the capabilities being delivered are aligned with the intended business outcomes. You will be responsible for leading a team of Product Managers to set the Strategy, Vision & Roadmap for the Knowledge, Productivity & Collaboration domain - which are most of the tools that Capital One Associates uses every day to get their work done. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about technology and deeply empathizes with internal customer needs. They are comfortable partnering closely with senior engineering leaders, as well as a diverse set of other functions, to get the right outcomes for the customer.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
• A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
• A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Chicago, IL: $240,300 - $274,300 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

McLean, VA: $264,300 - $301,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

New York, NY: $288,400 - $329,100 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

Richmond, VA: $240,300 - $274,300 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
