Your Responsibilities:

• Ownership: You will take responsibility for the development and optimization of our digital products – from idea to launch.

• User Focus: You will analyze customer needs, gather feedback, and derive concrete requirements for the product team.

• Project Management: You will coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales) and ensure that projects are implemented efficiently and effectively.

• Roadmap & Strategy: You will develop the product strategy together with the team and ensure a clear roadmap.

• Analysis & Reporting: You will monitor KPIs, evaluate product success, and derive action recommendations.

Your Profile:

• Experience: 4 - 6 years of professional experience in product management, ideally in a digital B2B marketplace or e-commerce environment.

• Checkout & Financing: You have experience in optimizing checkout and service booking processes, increasing conversion rates, and introducing or scaling financing solutions (e.g., BNPL).

• Analytical Thinking: You have a good sense for numbers, make data-driven decisions, and use analyses to derive product improvements.

• Organization: You work in a structured, self-reliant manner and keep an overview even in complex, dynamic situations.

• Communication: You are a team player, can communicate complex topics clearly and persuasively, and do not shy away from speaking regularly with our customers.

• Language: Very good German and English skills in speech and writing are required.

• Product Management Tools: Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.

• Nice to have: First experience in risk management or in the automotive sector, especially with marketplaces or in the SaaS environment.
