Carta is looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our Asia-Pacific, Middle East & Africa (APAC & MEA) marketing team, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Carta expanded to Singapore in 2021, and we are building a world-class team to support the startup and investor ecosystem across Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Australia. As the first marketing hire on the ground in the Middle East, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Carta's local presence, driving go-to-market initiatives, and deepening relationships with key audiences.
This role reports to the Head of Marketing for Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa, and will work closely with the regional HQ team in Singapore on integrated campaigns, content, and demand generation programs.
Plan and Run Regional Events: Lead the planning and execution of Carta-hosted and partnered events, including citywide conferences, roundtables and networking events. Manage end-to-end event logistics, audience outreach, and post-event engagement to drive awareness and pipeline impact.
Localize Digital Campaigns & Content: Work with the regional HQ team to tailor and deploy digital campaigns for local audiences including paid and organic channels. Help adapt content to the regional context, ensuring relevance to local founders, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders.
Activate Targeted Marketing Plays: Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing & Sales teams to execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM tactics that reach priority accounts in the region.
Manage Regional Marketing Budget: Oversee the regional marketing budget for the Middle East, ensuring spend aligns with pipeline goals, local opportunities, and broader regional marketing strategy.
Measure and Optimize Performance: Track and analyze the performance of all campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations to continually improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
You'll be instrumental in establishing Carta's footprint in the Middle East - elevating our brand within the startup and investor community, localizing global initiatives for maximum regional impact, and driving measurable business growth through localized marketing execution.
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or the startup/VC/PE ecosystem
Proven track record in field marketing, event execution, or integrated campaigns with measurable business impact
Ability to localize content and messaging for different audience segments and cultural contexts
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and partnerships
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and budgets concurrently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with analytics and tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, or equivalents
