Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer serving Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. is hiring a Product Support Services Growth Manager in Richmond, Virginia. The Product Support Services Growth Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating an enterpriseāwide Product Support CI & RI services roadmap, and developing and maintaining an end-to-end business strategy that aligns with incremental Product Support Sales to Users Revenue, POPS / POLS growth and Leadership Table Initiatives. The individual in this position will collaborate with the Vice-President of Product Support to lead the organization through prioritizing highest opportunities for sales growth and profitability, clearly laying out the competitive landscape, and collaborating with Service, Sales, and Marketing to generate and align on recommended strategies that position Carter Machinery for growth and enabling our customersā their highest level of success. Seeking candidates with a minimum of five years' experience in an upper level management position in a service related field; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
