Product Development Coordinator - Shenzhen

The Product Development Assistant will support the Product Development Manager in all aspects of the product development process, ensuring products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Assist in managing the end-to-end product development process from the concept phase to the post-launch analysis phase.
Support the Product Development Manager in overseeing product lines and report inline issues on time.
Review performance of product launches based on pre-defined success metrics, follow up on improvements and share learnings for future product development.
Support the product development/mass production process by liaising with manufacturers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure product timeline and product quality.
Support Product Development Managers to research, identify, and evaluate suppliers, communicate requirements such as specifications, costs, MOQ, lead time, order and evaluate samples.
Frequent travels to visit suppliers to share CASETiFY product development requests, build long-term partnership with suppliers.
Support Product Development Managers to do market research and explore new product ideas.
Other ad-hocs required from Product Development Managers.
Degree holder in Engineering, Industrial Design or relevant disciplines.
2+ years experience in the field of Product Development, Souring or Procurement, preferably in 3C, lifestyle accessories related industries.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese; able to clearly and effectively convey complex information.
Self-motivated, agile, and adaptable working in a dynamic environment.
Willingness to factory based due to business needs.
