  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key contacts via email, phone, video, and occasional in-person meetings.
  • Respond to inquiries, provide tailored resources, and connect Supporters with Catalyst experts.
  • Track engagement and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Catalyst's reach within existing accounts and new prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations that align with client goals.
  • Support the onboarding of new Supporters and ensure a seamless transition into the Catalyst community.
  • Secure a revenue goal of $400-$600,000 CAD.
  • Travel (up to 15%) to conduct in-person meetings with potential or current supporters.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact engagements and events.
  • Share insights and feedback to inform regional strategy and product development.

Education, Knowledge and Skills

  • 3-4 years of experience in client-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or business development.
  • Bilingual in English and French (oral and written)
  • Strong interest and experience in DEI, with examples of impact.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with corporate clients and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
