Performance Marketing Supervisor
As our Performance Marketing Supervisor, you'll take the lead on Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Paid Social, and Display Advertising efforts. You'll work hand-in-hand with internal teams and agency partners to bring campaigns to life, optimize performance, and help grow Cavender's business. This position reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and serves as a key connector across multiple teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the "Cavender's Culture" and drive our Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Collaborate with digital agencies to develop campaigns, promotional strategies, and content.
- Partner with the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to execute digital strategy aligned with company goals.
- Oversee technical elements like platform integrations, event tracking, and audience segmentation through internal and external partners.
- Perform quality checks on campaigns — reviewing ad copy, product feeds, landing pages, and creative assets.
- Manage weekly, monthly, and campaign-specific reporting with agency partners to evaluate paid media performance.
- Advocate for creative excellence — plan around content themes, run A/B tests, refresh creative, and share insights with internal teams.
- Work closely with the social media team to incorporate user-generated content and creator partnerships into campaigns.
- Partner with the Content Coordinator to develop on-site content for advertising campaigns.
- Align creative across streaming audio and video platforms with the overall campaign strategy.
- Support partner marketing programs — build relationships, recommend optimizations, and report on performance.
- Collaborate with integration partners and the customer loyalty manager to create and manage audience segments for internal and partner campaigns.
- Stay current on industry trends, evolving ad technologies, and platform updates — and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience running integrated digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Hands-on expertise with tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Experience managing campaigns on platforms like Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Preferred skills
- Agency experience or experience working closely with an agency team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Background in retail apparel or branded consumer goods is a big plus.
- Self-starter with curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.
