The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Marketing Platforms Team Lead for the Enterprise Marketing Management team. This position will serve as the team and technical platform lead supporting the marketing efforts of the ministry, which includes developing and delivering marketing campaign capabilities using the enterprise's marketing tools (Lytics CDP, Iterable, HCL Unica, etc.) across various delivery channels (mail, email, phone, web push, mobile push, SMS, social channels, etc.).
This individual will provide a bridge between Information Technology, Business Operations, Marketing and Corporate Support functions to understand marketing requirements and efficiently build, integrate, and configure marketing platforms that meet those requirements. This position is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting custom applications and integrations in support of CBN's multi-channel marketing initiatives. The candidate will demonstrate the ability to challenge the status quo, to influence others to embrace new technologies, and to motivate others toward continual improvement in the performance of the organization. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to CBN's Biblical mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide.
